Be informed with respect, according to the Research contract Number: 1957 / UN27.21 / PN / 2019 and the Dedication contract Number: 1958 / UN27.21 / PM / 2019 between the Research Institute and Community Service (LPPM) Sebelas Maret University and the head of the P2M activities Mandiri Active in 2019 article 3, that the chief executive MUST submit (collect) and upload documents: (1) P2M Implementation Progress Report, (2) P2M logbook, (3) Forms for P2M output outcomes and proof of P2M outcomes, (4) ) Minutes of Handover P2M Progress Report and upload to iris1103.uns.ac.id system.
In connection with this, we submit and inform the following matters:
- Application for signature of ratification of the Progress Report, Logbook two (2) sheets printed from the iris1103 system from 19 August to 11 September 2019.
- Minutes of Handover of two (2) Progress Reports and 1 (one) Achievement Form, can be downloaded in the appendix.
- A hard copy of the progress report and its completeness is submitted to LPPM no later than September 16, 2019 during business hours.
- Progress Reports, Logbooks and BAST Progress Reports are submitted to the Program and Collaboration Subdivision of 2 copies each.
- Achievement Forms and Proof of Output are submitted to the Data and Information Subdivision of 1 copy each.
- The P2M chief executive MUST upload the progress report documents, logbooks, BAST progress reports, achievement forms and P2M outcome evidence no later than September 15, 2019.
- We inform you that P2M monev activities will be carried out at the end of September 2019 (schedule will follow).
