Budget Usage Report (LPA) 70% on Page iris1103 2019 PNBP Grant Funds

Notified to Mr. Mrs. Researchers and Servant at the University of March Surakarta, with regard to the obligation upload Budget Usage Reports (LPA) 70% in IRIS page to the activities of Research and Community Service Grant non-tax revenues in 2019, here we say a few things:

  1. Budget Usage Report (LPA) is a form that contains a history of budget usage transactions.
  2. In accordance with the contract, the 70% budget use report must have been uploaded up to September 11, 2019.
  3. LPA is implemented to meet the rules of administration in the use of the budget.
  4. The LPA must contain a minimum of 3 receipts that have been uploaded to the IRIS system.

In addition, for those of you who have uploaded the 70% SPTB Statement of Expenditure (SPTB), please revise the SPTB 100%, which contains 70% of the budget plus a 30% budget plan and re-upload.
