Mice Swiss divided to become 5 group. Group of Control; group with infection 104 Plasmodium berghei; Group with therapy of cloroquin 20 mg / kg of weight body, group with therapy of cloroquin 20 mg / kg of weight body and of Lumbricus rubellus and also group with just Lumbricus rubellus. Measured of life survival, degree of parasitemia, gene expression of pro-inflamasi Tumor of Necrosis Factor TNF-α and Intercellular Cell Adhesion Molecule ( ICAM)-1 with RT-PCR. Besides picture of histopatologis mice hepar análysis with Eosin hematoxilin. Old Data of life analysed with test of Friedman while data degree of parasitemia ( day fourth, day of 8 analysed with One Way ANOVA continued with Post Hoc Tukey HSD Test. Lumbricus Rubellus can lengthen age of mice however do not have an effect on to degree of parasitemia.
