The main objective of the second year research is to identify and explore the potential of Blora teak forests to be developed as ecotourism attraction and conservation and comprehensive detail, namely: 1) tentatively found in environmental development model in the context of teak forests in loco ecotourism programs in a participatory tour. , and 2) the model guidelines drawn up by environmental development in the context of teak forest ecotourism program with loco tour in Blora regency This research is the development that takes three years. In the first year of research is ekploratif with data collection techniques with questionnaires, in-depth interviews, participant observation, and analysis of documents / archives. The validity of data using peerdebriefing, triangulation of data and informants review the analysis techniques with interactive models. Conclusions The study showed that Loco tour as one tourism icon Blora regency need special attention if you want to really develop as a tourist attraction that can enhance economic growth, improving people’s welfare, conserve nature, environment, and resources, promote the culture as mandated in Law No 10 th 2009 about tourisme and several aspects requiring attention include among others the following aspects: 1). Aspects of policy, 2) Institutional Aspects, 3) aspect and Tools, and 4) Funding Aspects .. And the need for cooperation between loco tour manager in this department “KPH Perhutani Cepu ” with District Government, Department of Tourism, private, or community.
