The purpose of this research is to produce atomization technology with CWM alternative fuel that can be applied to the metal smelting industry brass. Stages of research is to design and create atomization systems, designing and online roulette building a burner or atomizer, determine the appropriate composition of the CWM with atomizer and examine the use of the furnace. The CWM weight percentage composition of the coal used was 40%, water 40% water and 20% CMC 1% of coal. This equipment operates at a pressure of 2 bar and CWM air pressure 1.5 bar. In the aluminum smelting, the kerosene consumption less than the CWM.
