The effect of Transfer Omega-3 Capsulated and L-Carnitine Suplementation for Chemist Composition of Cows Dairy Milk

The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of supplementation of L-carnitine and tuna and lemuru fish oil on chemist composition of dairy milk..In total, 8 male dairy cows of 5-6 year this old Peranakan Frisien Holstein (PFH) with body weight of 300-375 kg were used in this experiment. The assay diets included a basal diet (control) based on king grass, yellow corn, rice bran, soy bean meal and coconut meal alone or supplemented with 250 ppm L-carnitine feedstuff ., tuna fish oil and lemuru fish oil. The method of the research was experimental in vivo using Completely Randomized Blok Design (RAK). There were 4 treatment in each treatment and 2 replication. Treatment consisted of P0= control ration, P1=P0 L-carnitine 250 ppm, P2=P1 tuna fish oil 5 ml or equal with 4% in the ration, and P3=P1 lemuru fish oil 5 ml or equal with 4% in the ration. The variables measuared acid concentration .. The results of variance analysis showed that the effect of supplementation of tuna fish oil and lemuru fish oil in the rations contain 250 ppm L-carnitine were significantly (P<0.01) of acid cows milk concentration. The conclusion of this research shows that the supplementation of 250 ppm L-carnitine, tuna and lemuru fish oil 5 ml that was equal to 4% online casino canada in cows rations can decrease milk cholesterol from 0,226% to 0,164%,LDL from 38,38 to 31,24 mg/dl,fat from 3,823% to 3,640% than to increased omega-3 fatty acid from 0,80% to 3,92 %, omega-6 fatty acid from 0,35% to 19,68%, unsaturated fatty acid from 41,12% to 72,56%. Than concentration EPA from 0,66% to 1,90%, DHA from 0,04% to 1,32%. But to decrease saturated fatty acid from 58,88% until 27,44 percent. There for to increase peroxide number from 0,2308 to 0,2350 miliequivalen per kg and TBA number from 2,106 to 2,432 mg per kg cows dairy milk. Proces cooked of milk cows to increase peroxide number from 0.2337 until 0.4535 miliequivalenper kg and malonaldehyde number from 2,107 until 2.432 mg per kg then to decrease concentration omega-3 fatty acid from 3.957 until 3.915 percent.
