Following up on the letter from the Academic Directorate of Vocational Higher Education Kemdikbudristek number: 1783/D4/AL.04/2022 regarding Notification of Participants in the Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) of the Research and Community Service Program for FY 2022 Directorate of Vocational Higher Education Academics, hereby we convey : – matters as follows:

  1. APTV invites ladies and gentlemen for monitoring and evaluation which is carried out offline. Participants and external monev schedule are determined by Dit. APTV (annex 1);
  2. Monitoring and evaluation (monev) activities for the 2022 fiscal year, monev is only carried out on recipients of multi-year funding for the Research and Community Service Program;
  3. The procedures for implementing monev include:
     a. Monev participants are required to have uploaded progress report documents, daily notes, SPTB, reports on the use of 70% of the budget, on the BIMA website;
     b. Monev participants are asked to prepare presentation material with a maximum of 5 slides with a maximum exposure time of 10 minutes;
     c. Demonstrate or show the outcomes promised to the reviewer during the monitoring and evaluation;
     d. The head of the researcher or executor of the service must be present at the opening ceremony and take part in the activities according to the schedule and group divisions that have been determined as attached.
     e. Researchers and executors of community service must attend monitoring and evaluation according to the date and group determined by Dit APTV and are not allowed to change dates or groups/rooms;
     f. Participants replace screen_name when zooming with the format nama_pt name_group
     g. If the team leader is unable to attend for reasons (severe illness, childbirth, nuclear family death, disaster/accident), must include a letter of absence and handing over of assignments to member representatives issued by P3M/LPPM and submitted or sent by Dit APTV.
