The aim of this research are to build and to test the igniter – cokes stove. A background of this research was the problem difficulty a pre – heating cokes stove. The result of this research have built igniter – coke stove with a dimention 30 x 30 x 30 cm, made from iron strip 0,4 mm. The igniter fuel from butane. Only needed 10 minutes for pre heating process. The time for boiling 3,5 liters water needed 20 minutes after pre heating. This project can be continued by manufactured of casing with Press or hydraulic Machine, so that the stove more interesting. We hope this project can be joned with stove maker (UKM) in Surakarta, and in a long term, this project can assist to the government to re-manage the policy to use a cokes as an alternative fuel that a cheap and friendly.
